When we built Terreno Studios we decided to exclude having our own restaurant since Palma already caters to the most needs and wants when it comes to eating and drinking. There are of course the classic venues that have been around for ages, but we would rather look beyond them and recommend a number of new places which you could try next time you visit Palma.
Below are few exciting venues that we have picked out – some are located just round the corner from the hotel and others are within a bit longer walking distance.
Mercat 1930 is Palma’s new Gastronomic Market, on the famous Paseo Marítimo – located just a 5 minute walk from Terreno Studios. It’s place where local cuisine rubs shoulders with foodie trends, with a total of fourteen different gastronomic options.
In just a short time, this tennis club in the heart of Palma has become a favourite meeting place locally. You can swim, dine, do yoga, go to the gym, and or course play tennis here.
“Santa Catalina’s best tapas!” Enjoy excellent tapas and pinchos in a beautifully designed setting. But come early it fills up quick!
Located in plain sight on the Passeo Maritmio, L’artista is the only Napoletana Pizza Accociation approved pizza on the island. True to its philosophy, only top quality ingredients are used here, including imported Italian olive oil, homemade mozzarella and savory tomato sauce—all cooked in the wood burning oven.
La Rosa del Mar is an essential place for lovers of good food, authentic flavors and happiness without haste.
One of Palma’s most classic nightclubs, where famous DJs play at the weekend. Relaxed and original with a large outdoor area on the harbour front.
